Desk phones must support TLSv1.2 to work with Zoom Phone. Prerequisites to using Zoom Phone Certified Hardware Find an ATA Grandstream LAN MAC address value. 
Verify an ATA Grandstream unit has the updated Gen 2 device factory certificate installed.
